Welcome to Ship’d International. Thank you for choosing us. We’re committed to providing you with reliable service, and part of that means being clear about the rules that govern how our website and services are used.

By using or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Ship’d International (“Ship’d”) may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, update or amend these Terms or our Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted here with the date of the latest revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

Ship’d also reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any content, products, or services made available on this website.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Ship’d”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Ship’d International.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Each customer must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. Ship’d is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

1.2 Our services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using our platform.

1.3 To use our services, users must complete identity verification, which may include submitting a valid ID and proof of address. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail to meet verification requirements.

2. Account Use

2.1 Ship’d is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, whether or not reported, and you may be held responsible for any damages or expenses incurred by Ship’d or third parties due to misuse of your account. You must promptly notify Ship’d of any suspected unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

3. Shipping and Processing

3.1 Ship’d complies with the Customs Act (Cap. 66) of Barbados and U.S. import and export laws.

3.2 At Ship’d International, we strictly prohibit the shipping of illegal or prohibited items, including cash, firearms, ammunition, and illicit substances. All customers are responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with the laws of the destination country and any other country or territory through which the shipment may pass.

3.3 Customers attempting to ship prohibited items assume full responsibility for any legal consequences. Ship’d International will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities, which may include sharing records or other information as required.

List of Prohibited Items

  • Counterfeit coins
  • Food unfit for human consumption
  • Indecent or obscene articles (e.g. pornography)
  • Prepared opium or narcotic drugs
  • Fictitious stamps
  • Toy guns (even if non-functional or replicas)
  • Firearms or their parts
  • Any other prohibited or restricted items under U.S. or Barbados laws

Ship’d International is not liable for shipments containing:

  • Stamps, coins, jewelry, gems, precious metals
  • Credit/debit/gift cards, checks
  • Firearms or their parts
  • Tickets, travel vouchers
  • Perfumes, antiques, manuscripts, neon signs
  • Ship or airplane models, architectural models

3.4 Under no circumstances shall Ship’d International accept claims/liability for items confiscated, opened, or destroyed by customs in the U.S. or destination country.

3.5 Each tracking number corresponds to a single shipment, even if it includes multiple items; we do not offer package consolidation. Each item may be billed separately based on our pricing structure.

3.6 We reserve the right to reject shipments that are opened, tampered with, damaged upon arrival, or in violation of applicable laws.

4. Valid Invoicing

4.1 Customers must provide a true and correct invoice for all shipments before or during shipment, including accurate descriptions, quantities, and values. Any false declarations or misstatements made are a criminal offence and may result in fines, seizure of goods, and legal action. By shipping with Ship’d International, customers agree to comply with all applicable import laws.

4.2 Ship’d reserves the right to hold or reject any package without a valid invoice.

5. Unknown Packages & Consignee Changes

5.1 Customers requesting to:

  • Claim an unknown package
  • Change the consignee or shipping information

must verify their identity with a valid government-issued ID. Our staff will document and sign off on the request.

5.2 Any such requests will undergo full inspection. Restricted or illegal items will be turned over to authorities.

6. Payments

6.1 Customers will be invoiced for shipping and handling fees based on the weight and/or size of their shipment.
These fees cover freight and handling services only and do not include customs duties, taxes, or other government charges.

All applicable duties, taxes, and additional charges will be billed separately once assessed and must be paid by the customer.

6.2 Full payment of all applicable fees (shipping, handling, and duties where applicable) is required before items are released or delivered.

7. Storage and Disposal

  • A storage fee of $5/day applies after 5 business days from the invoice date.
  • Items left unpaid or unclaimed after 90 days may be discarded at our discretion.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery services are provided for all shipments; in-person pickup is not available.
  • Complimentary delivery is offered within the first 5 business days after notification. Delivery fees will apply thereafter.

9. Returns

All shipments made to our Florida location are final and non-returnable. We do not facilitate returns to suppliers.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ship’d shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay resulting from incorrect user information or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding)
  • Force majeure events (pandemics, strikes, government embargoes)
  • Third-party carriers (airlines, freight operators, or couriers)
  • Customs detentions or law enforcement seizures

Exclusions include lost profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or emotional distress.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

13. Use of Website

This website must only be used for true and legitimate purposes. Any person using this website must be 18 years of age or older and capable of accepting the Terms and Conditions associated with its use.

Ship’d International tries our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, using sources we believe to be reliable. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are complete, error-free, or current. 7. Prohibited Items

We do not assume liability for items including but not limited to:

  • Jewelry, stamps, coins, credit/debit cards, firearms, perishables, antiques, and manuscripts.
  • Items seized or destroyed by customs are not eligible for claims or compensation.

8. Invoicing

All shipments must be accompanied by a valid invoice provided by the customer. Ship’d reserves the right to hold or reject any package without a valid invoice.

9. Storage & Disposal

  • A storage fee of $5/day applies after 7 days from the invoice date.
  • Items left unpaid or unclaimed after 90 days may be discarded at our discretion.

10. Customs and Duties

We handle customs clearance, duties, and associated fees on behalf of our customers. However, we are not responsible for any delays or confiscations by customs.

11. Payments

  • All services must be paid for in full at the time of order.
  • We do not offer installments, split payments, or returns.
  • A flat handling fee of $10 is applied to each shipment.

12. Returns & Refunds

All shipments made to our Florida location are final and non-returnable. We do not facilitate returns to suppliers.

13. Delivery

  • Delivery is available only. No in-person pickup is offered.
  • The first week of delivery is free; fees apply thereafter.
